Online Ticket Shop

Via the SBB Ticket Shop you can purchase and directly print out Z-Pass tickets conveniently at home. Besides this you can order the tickets by telephone:

ZVV Contact (0800 988 988)

SBB RailService (0848 44 66 88 CHF 0.08/min.)

With the SBB app you can load your Z-Pass ticket direct to your mobile phone. You can of course continue to purchase your ticket at the ticket counter, at points of sale or from the driver on regional buses.

Telephone ticket orders

Passengers with an “ID card for travellers with a disability” can also purchase tickets by telephone on the free number 0800 181 181. You can make telephone ticket orders 24 hours before the journey at the earliest. The tickets are available immediately, and no physical ticket is issued for the journey. When tickets are inspected on the train, the train staff check by telephone whether an appropriate ticket has been purchased.
